FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Oct. 1, 2021)— Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is bringing the heat to its appetizer offering with the limited-time return of fan-favorite Jalapeño Cheese Curds, available at all locations through Dec. 31, 2021.
Wings Etc. is again partnering with Kaufhold’s Kurds, an Ellsworth, Wisconsin-based, family-owned company specializing in the sort of small-batch, preservative-free cheese curds that get rave reviews and create lifelong fans.
“Our guests love this appetizer,” said Wings Etc. CEO Rob Hensmann. “There doesn’t seem to be any ceiling on love for Wisconsin cheese curds, and we partner with Kaufhold’s because we feel like they do it better. They make in small batches, hand-bread each curd, and their Jalapeño version uses fresh, farmer-certified, rBST-free jalapeños.”
“It’s a great, spicy twist to our regular cheese curds, and we’re happy to have it back for the beginning of football season through year-end,” added Hensmann.
